Max Tracy gets mayoral nod from Burlington Progressives

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Burlington City Council President Max Tracy is the Progressive Party’s candidate to run for mayor.
After a three-day virtual caucus which began Tuesday, party officials announced Tracy received 55% of the vote over fellow City Councilor Brian Pine.
Tracy will face incumbent Democratic Mayor Miro Weinberger and Independent Councilor Ali Dieng in March.
